Handover to your team
The assistant says when it does not know; an adviser takes over, with the summary.
Our approach
Each stage is scoped upfront, and you decide what comes next at the end of each one.
Where to start?
With a first call
30 minutes with us, by video if possible or by phone. You tell us about your situation, we tell you frankly where we would start.
Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked most often.
Do our customers know they are talking to an assistant?
Yes. On the phone, the agent says at the start of the call that it is an automated assistant. In writing, the chatbot is presented as an assistant, not as a person. A handover to someone on your team is planned from the design stage.
What happens when the assistant does not know the answer?
It says so instead of guessing, and passes the request to someone. On the phone, it transfers the call or notes the number to call back; on your website, it passes the request to your team; in WhatsApp, an adviser takes over the conversation. Your team receives the request with its summary. You decide what it handles alone and what it passes on.
Which rules apply on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp's own. Your customer must have agreed to receive your messages. Outside an ongoing exchange, you can only send them message templates approved by WhatsApp. In WhatsApp, your customers write; a spoken conversation goes through the voice agent, on the phone. We do not offer WhatsApp for patient data.
Do we need to change our number or our software?
No. The voice agent answers on your number, through call forwarding, or on a dedicated number. The chatbot is installed on your website or app. Appointments arrive in your calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook), requests in your email or your CRM.
What if we do not have a CRM yet?
It is not required: without a CRM, requests arrive in your email. If you want to set one up, DataFish is an accredited Sellsy partner. Sellsy is French CRM and invoicing software: we configure it to match the way you sell, bring over your data and train the team. If you already have a CRM, the assistant connects to it when that CRM offers an API or an export.
See how we set up the Sellsy CRMHow does a first project work?
We start with a prototype on your most frequent requests: in 3 to 5 days, you try it yourself, on the phone or on your website, before opening it to your customers. You see what it can handle and what it must pass on before the full solution is developed.
