Automation & AI AgentsLess copying and pasting.

We automate repetitive tasks and connect AI agents to your tools.

One request, handled end to end

Who does what, on a fictitious example: a quote requested by email.

  1. AutomationAn email arrives

Price request: 40 pallets delivered to Niort

  2. AI agentThe AI agent drafts the quote

Customer, stock and price looked up in the ERP and CRM

  3. A personA salesperson approves

Nothing goes out without their approval

  4. AutomationEverything is up to date

Quote sent, ERP and CRM updated, with no retyping

What we do

Entering, copying, chasing: these tasks are automated, an AI agent takes on what needs reading or writing, and a person approves.

  1. We plug into your tools

Email, ERP, CRM, Excel files: no need to change software.

  2. We add AI agents

They read emails and PDFs, then draft quotes and replies.

  3. We train your teams

They approve what the agent prepares and adjust the rules.

  4. We automate the rest

The signed quote creates the invoice (n8n, Python).

What does a repetitive task cost you?

Think of a task that comes up often in your business. Its cost over a year is where any return-on-investment calculation starts.

Your task

Frequency

The calculation

30 min × 2 people × 3 times a week × 45 weeks = 135 h

Assumptions

An hourly cost of €40 corresponds to a gross salary of €45,000 a year, about €65,000 including employer contributions, spread over 1,600 working hours. A working day counts as 7 hours.

What it costs you

This one task costs you about €5,400 a year.

Estimate only

135hours a year

19working days

Time handed back to your teams: about 95 hours a year, or 14 working days.

One person's working year: 225 days, one square per day.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked most often.

Automation or AI agent: what is the difference?

An automation follows fixed rules: when this happens, do that. An AI agent carries out a task in several steps, including what does not fit in a box: read a freely written email, look something up in your tools, draft a reply, then hand over to a person for approval. We often combine the two.

How does a first project work?

We start with a prototype on a real task, with your data: in 3 to 5 days, you see the concrete benefit before developing the full solution. That keeps the investment limited.

How much does an automation cost?

It depends on the number of steps and tools to connect. We assess it together during an initial scoping session, and the prototype lets you see the result before you decide. The simulator above already shows what the task you want to automate costs you.

Is our data safe?

It stays in your environment, hosted in France by default. The agent only sees what you give it access to, with the rights of the person using it, and the AI model of your choice.

See the technology building blocks

What if the agent gets it wrong?

It flags what it is unsure about instead of guessing. Every run is logged, and an alert goes to the right person if something fails. You choose what goes out on its own and what waits for your approval, given in one click: at first, everything goes through approval, then we relax it where trust has been earned.

Do we need to change our software?

No. We plug into what you already use: ERP, CRM, email, Excel files. Your teams are involved from the audit onwards, trained, and then adjust the rules themselves.
