The questions we get asked most often.

Is our data used to train the AI models?

No. The business plans we select rule it out, and we check this in every contract. For the most sensitive data, the model runs on your servers or with a French host.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

We assume it can happen. Before going live, we test it on your own cases and measure how reliable it is. After that, a person approves anything that commits the company: a payment, an order, a quote sent to a customer.

Do we need a data platform first?

No. We first connect to the tools you use today: ERP, CRM, Excel files. A data platform comes later, if the number of sources justifies it.

How do you comply with the GDPR?

Your data stays in your environment, hosted in France by default, otherwise in Europe or on your servers. The AI only receives what is strictly necessary, and everything is recorded.

Who at DataFish can access our data?

Access is limited to your teams and, only when you allow it, to DataFish. The AI only sees what the person using it is allowed to see. Who did what, and when: everything is recorded and can be reviewed.
