Why a custom app rather than off-the-shelf software?
When existing software does the job, we tell you. Custom development makes sense when your processes are specific, when your teams juggle several tools or work around the software with spreadsheets, or when you pay for lots of features nobody uses.
Do we have to give up the software we use today?
No. The tool connects to the software you keep, such as your management system, your customer database or your email: information flows from one to the other without retyping. It takes over what used to be done by hand or twice.
How does a first project work?
We start from your processes and needs, then build a prototype (POC) in 3 to 5 days, with your real data, so you can see the result before you decide. A complete project then takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on scope.

Each application is priced based on your scope, your data and the tools to connect. We assess it together during an initial scoping session, and the prototype lets you see the result before you decide. Maintenance then comes as a package from 5 hours per month, adjusted to the size and criticality of your tools, covering monitoring, fixes and improvements.
Is our data safe?
It is hosted wherever you decide: with a French hosting provider such as Scaleway or OVHcloud by default, in your Microsoft Azure environment or on your own servers. Everyone only sees what they are allowed to see, using the accounts your teams already have.
