Our approach
Your data stays with you, and we stay on after go-live.
Where to start?
With a first call
30 minutes with us, by video if possible or by phone. You tell us about your situation, we tell you frankly where we would start.
Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked most often.
What does reorganising our document library involve?
We review what exists, define a classification and naming rules with you, sort the documents, remove duplicates and archive old versions. This works for SharePoint as well as for any other shared space. Follow-up can then help your teams keep things in order.
See the offerHow do we know whether our data is reliable?
We start with a data quality review: duplicates, empty fields, formats that differ from one tool to another. We fix issues at the source when possible, then checks alert you as soon as the data drifts.
Can you collect data published on websites?
Yes: a program reads the pages you care about, such as a competitor's prices, listings or public tender notices, and puts the information into a table or into your tools (web scraping). It runs daily, weekly or at whatever pace you need.
Can you connect to public APIs, such as the French government's?
Yes. An API lets two software tools exchange data automatically. The French government publishes public data this way: companies, addresses, public tenders. We connect to them just as we do to your software's APIs. And for an AI assistant to use your tools, we go through a connector (MCP).
How does a first project work?
We start with a prototype on a small scope, such as one shared folder, one customer file or one source to monitor: in 3 to 5 days, you see the result before going further.
